you've said you would cut it by many events- such as after your play for school, which was when? about a month ago. so thats why i don't believe you.

notice all the dates have been AFTER. i will cut my hair AFTER my birthday, AFTER my school play... that does not mean i will cut my hair right after that means i just want to have long hair until at least that date
