FYI: that's the way Nordstroms Rack is. They only have one of the shoes out on the rack and you have to go to a counter to pick up the other (the left or the right). That store really is awesome for shoes because you can find some really good deals on good brands. SO yeah, next time you go just get the shoe you want, go to the counter and pick up the mate. ;)
