kids and rotaries don't mix
my bedroom floor is full of sewing and projects and fabrics, etc. (i'm in the midst of things!) yesterday i walked in my room and saw my 3 yr old nephew standing there with my (unlocked) rotory cutter sliding the blade across his thumb, back and forth, back and forth, along the curve. i yelled his name and grabbed it from him and searched his fingers. there were no signs of cuts or blood. i have no idea how he did that and did not press hard enough to get cut. i get cut so easily on that thing!
