Although I have to say, you're getting off lightly with the paperwork.

Cos I'm a civil servant. NOTHING beats the Civil Service for paperwork!

Indeed, indeed, but then technically the NHS is the civil (or at least public) service, is it not?

I can't compain about them. I had cause to use them last time I was in the UK and they blew me away with their service.
