You can have my old plan, if you want. I'm nearly finished with it. Though I don't know how much help it'd be to you as it's "finish the PhD".
My new plan is now "finish the PhD without having a nervous breakdown". Which ties in with the whole perfectionism thing, that I too am working on. So, you're not alone on that one. And if you need to talk to someone about it, you know where I am.

Personally I'm still looking for a get rich quick plan - preferably a more succesful one than those used by those scrotey kids they always have in soaps like Eastenders and Neighbours ;)
Currently I'm thinking of investing in property outside Cardiff and becoming a slum landlord. I might buy www.slumlandlord.co.uk and start advertising my services.... muahahahahaha....
If you want a serious suggestion for a plan though - decide what you ultimately want in your life and don't - if you want the wee wifey (long term partner, significant other, heterosexual life partner etc), car and your own house then start working on it. You've already got two out of three so the long term partner shou.... sorry the HOUSE shouldn't be hard to come by ;) (please don't let fee kill me for that one!).
