After checking out the dorm, it does seem nice but... Anyone missing a dragon made out of water?

And I have two more questions (sorry): first is does anyone here know more about Mio? The other is can someone tell  me about these Duel Monsters? Where I come from, monsters don't come out of cards...

1. Mio is nuts. Don't question crazy people.

2.Monsters coming out of cards is just fucking insane, so whoever created them/keeps them around is nuts too.
