I HAD THE WEIRDEST DREAM LAST NIGHT. I started out on this west coast-looking campus, and for some reason I was in a crowd of people that used to be in bands in high school, or people who looked like they could have belonged to that crowd. We were all gathering to hear Barack Obama give a speech. I was standing up by the podium when he made his

My friend Jon and his long-time girlfriend broke up yesterday. He dealt by hosting a gentleman's drinking party at our house, distributing cigars and popping out this amazing wine he buys randomly. I've noticed that college men tend to adjust themselves casually in conversation, and it really weirds me out. I want to say "Seriously! I can see you gripping your balls! I'm standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU." It's kind of the equivalent of pulling out a wedgie, but exponentially more awkward.
HOMG ONLY FIVE MORE WEEKS OF SCHOOL. I am an impending college junior. That's somewhat terrifying, but I think I shall take it in stride, as there's not really another way to go about things that I could live with. I just remember how being a junior felt in high school, this elevated and comfortable feeling, like I had earned some seniority and
