because, really, i JUST re-read BD&D last night. i've got the flu and thought to myself, 'what can cheer me up?' the skins characters as vampires, that's what. so happy to see a sequel. glad to have a bit of emily's POV in the beginning and i cant wait til the show down btn katie and naomi. or, all of them really. thanks for taking it back on.

You did? Haha so did I! In a curious kind of, 'hey that story I wrote that time. I've kind of forgotten it now so it feels like someone else wrote it' way. Or I'm completely narcissistic. I can't decide. But then I found this chapter, and... I don't know, got all excited about writing the sequel again!

Anyway, glad you're still with me and liked it so far :) The show down won't happen for a couple of chapters or so yet, but, you know, nothing like a good bit of build up!

Omigosh Omigosh I'm soo happy now u totally made my day :D seriously u're fan fics are the first ever naomily fanfics I've ever read, u may not see me b4 but I'm a loyal fan of urs =D U totally don't need to yell at me because, really, I've read and reread and reread ur BD&D for like, what, 5 or 6 times? ok I seriously need to stop babbling around like JJ now *takes deep breath* anyways, glad u're back :) <3 <3

Hello! Firstly, your ranting is adorable so never change :) Secondly, thank you SO much for your sweet and kind words! They mean a lot to me, and to hear you've read BD&D so many times, well, just wow! I really hope this lives up to it, I'm scratching my head to remember exactly where I was originally going, but also thinking that I might come up with entirely new directions since the old plan was a little fatalistic and dammit, I want a happy ending!

Anyway, again, you are SO sweet and I thank you very much for writing to me and being lovely about it ♥

Oh pffft that was like, FOR UNIVERSITY AND REAL LIFE.

I slept so well, fact. It was about 1am here, and where past!me would've been all "HAAAY INTERNET!" at that hour, current!me is a total old lady and can't stay up too late anymore. Boo. But still, I'm in love with my current life. And have so much to tell you!!

Mate, there is something that twists in my gut when I read this story. You write this inevitability so well, like I feel like I'm being drawn to Katie as well (which I usually am, so ;)) and I just want to wrap myself in this story and eat chocolate and do a little cry.

Really glad you posted this... which I hope means that you'll be writing more? Y/Y?

Is the thing twisting in your gut my random bouts of non-grammatical sense and random clunky sentences? BECAUSE LIKE OMG THERE WAS NO BETA FOR THIS. Though, I'm hoping in the year and a bit since my writing has developed somewhat... hrmm... but anyway, if you're up for it I will be sending chapters your way! Because yes, I want to finish things that I start :)
