Mostly little things--a little bit of the impending death of some close family members, but it's gonna happen someday. I SHALL SURVIVE.

I make a really good chicken stir fry kinda dish with rice. I start cooking up the chicken, slicing it into strips, cut up some onions and other veggies if one is interested, and start a saute with soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and a dash of ginger powder. As that cooks, steam the rice and serve over when it's all cooked through.
