But honestly, this was lovely and beautiful and everything I wanted. Could you please give up all other commitments in your life and spend every second of every day writing your insanely, unfairly brilliant fics? I would be more than happy to spend every second of every day reading them.
"I'm not good at this sort of thing. Well, I'm not good at talking about this sort of thing, I mean. I'm good at feeling it, because, like, Harry, I've felt it for you for years. I've got practice."
"Forever, you know? Like. In that I really don't ever want to, like, not be with you? I guess? If that's okay with you?"

ugh i swear your lou is actually the most perfect human being.
It hurts more, because Louis hears the front door close quietly after midnight every night, and then he hears Harry's bedroom door close just as quietly a few minutes later. Louis pulls his comforter over his head and tries not to think about how long it's been since he's slept in his own bed, in his own room. He tries not to think about how long it's been since he's slept alone. This is just painful why greta WHY
also the relationship between haz and lou is actually perfect and has all the ups and downs of an actual relationship including misunderstandings (aka story of my LIFE) and feeling ignored like lou does in the beginning (actually me ALL THE TIME) and the constant worrying and questioning of the future by them and then by others.
you're perfect, your writing is perfect.
