I've had two more eye tests in the past few weeks as part of trying to figure out what is up with my vision. Pretty interesting - they seemed a bit more scientific somehow, but were not very comfortable and involved having stuff touching my eyeball for a long time while I had to stare at things while not blinking

My eyes were set to rapid compulsive blinking and uncontrollable watering just by reading this account! I can't even get shampoo in my eyes without freaking out so I read this post in wonder and awe at your fortitude and superhero-like courage!

Aaaaahh! I was thinking about you and how your eye stuff was going when I had to go back to the eye doctor yesterday. I feel for you- unknown maladies are the suck! Hope they figure it out soon.

Ye gods that sounds awful. Fascinating, but awful. Here's hoping they've got what they need.
