I kinda thought this could be your thing. :)

Me, I dropped it after the first few episodes, the tonal shifts were just too jarring. It felt like I was watching two different dramas and that made me cranky. I did check the episode re-caps from time to time and looks like TPTB did decide on which drama they wanted to tell at some point. Pity, as I might have kept on if they'd given me That Drama from the beginning but I'd already moved on to pastures new.

I am surprised how much I am loving it - I am not fidgeting or fast-forwarding, which is very rare.

I did read that it moves to darker/intense but tbh, I like the laid-back, relatively happy vibe here and would have been happy for the killer to get a cardiac arrest and the whole show to be like some kdrama take on OL jdramas.

Yeah well, squeeworthy and romantic just ain't my cup of tea. I tend to get bored if that's all there is. I'm always more interested in other things than just loveydovey OTPs. Hence a darker murder mystery plot would have suited me much better. :)

I love, love, love this drama. I watch it as soon as the subs are up. The legal action is too WTF unrealistic. The chemistry! The love the the puppy shows for his Noona and how she's slowing accepting it is what I watch for.

wait till you get to ep 12 youll be madly in love this is one show that deserves all the hype its getting for lots of reasons the acting the pacing the chemistry the characters the heart but you must ignore the legal inconstancy its a plot device it never bothered me but it made a lot of ppl drop this insanely cute drama which is a shame

Mousie, so glad you are watching this! You are not the only person who hasn't watched any korean dramas for a while. This is actually the first one that I'm watching this year and it's so squee-worthy! Did you hear they're considering an extension? Usually I dread extensions but for this one, I wouldn't mind just 20 episodes of them living together and bickering (if only). I'm also trying not to be too critical about the technical stuff because I think otherwise I won't be able to enjoy any of the legal/medical dramas on air. I just have one last thing to say:
