Summary: Ianto has some MAJOR secrets hidden from the whole Torcwood team, bigger than a Cyberwoman in the basement.
A/N: I blame Clarity_lore and her fic; I Was A Dad Once. I quite like this one. I just wrote it all in one go, almost and it was thrilling. :) Turns out, plot bunnies are not all evil. But I'm also working on that Buffy/Torchwood fic that I posted one chapter off, like ages ago. But that'll probably take a whole lot longer than this. :)
Now, I wonder, if someone reads this and has got some artistic talent, could ya make me a fancy banner or something? *bats eyelashes and turns up the kitten eyes*

"Do you think this is why I took Susan with me? So you could be all single and fancy free." Said a voice voice from behind Ianto, who had been watching Jack walk up to his office.
"Dad? What are you doing here?" Ianto turned around and saw someone he hadn't seen in ages.
"What is the name you go by now? Ianto Jones, is it? Interesting, I've got a Jones of my own but of the female variety. But what are..." The man was about to ask ianto when they are interrupted by Jack.
"Doctors? What are you doing here again so soon... and how do you know Ianto?" Jack asked the man who stood in the middle of the main hub and then looked at Ianto who looked rather guilty. What did he have to be guilty for?
"Well, the thing is you see umh, my name isn't actually Ianto Jones. Jack, I'd like you to meet my father." Ianto told jack, as he rubbed a hand over his face and his cheeks went red. God, could this night get any worse?
"Your... your father? Is this a joke?" Jack asked a very flustered Ianto who seemed to want nothing more to do than hide behind the doctor. Which would look weird, since Ianto looked more like The Doctor could hide behind him. Maybe that didn't make any sense, but that's how Jack saw it.
"No, Jack. It's actually quite true. He is my son, when I was in my first body him and his daughter were the first to travel with me after we ran into some trouble back home. Then he got off here on Earth, but Susan stayed with me. Easier that way." The Doctor told him, as Jack looked between his Doctor and his semi-boyfriend material.
"I think, I would have noticed if you had two hearts." Jack told Ianto, as he looked at the young man in front of him. This just could not be true. Even with all he had seen, this just could not be true. Don't let this be true.
"My father doesn't live here, he doesn't need to hide the fact that he has two hearts. I do, so I hide one." Ianto tells him, looking like it's been dragged out of him but it probably was after all these years.
He walked up to Jack, grabbed his hand and put it on his chest.
"There you go. One...Two. Been hiding so long. I'm sorry, but I couldn't tell anyone and I didn't know you knew my father until he dropped you off again and left before I got the chance to speak to him. Sure, the hand should have tipped me off but I couldn't risk it. I wasn't one hundred percent, and when you aren't exactly human you've gotta be careful about the people you tell your secrets to." Ianto told the shocked looking Jack.
"What... Huh... Wait, but then." Was all that came from Jack's mouth before he stumbled awy and went back to his office. Ianto headed in the same direction, but his Dad's hand on his shoulder stopped him. Better let Jack cool off, maybe.
"You know, you ruined everything. We were ust getting back to normal when you have to show up again. But instead of only taking the man i love, you destroy his image of me. Thanks a lot." Ianto told The Doctor, with a look on his face that he hadn't seen since before Susan was born.
Seemed he had mucked up things again. Great.
