Here she was. Getting off a train in Amsterdam. Alone. Completely and utterly alone. It was scary as hell, but it was also really freeing. She didn't have to wait for anyone, she just grabbed her backpack and did whatever she wanted (within bounds, off course).
That's not saying she didn't miss the company of friends sometimes but this was something she just had to do. And she was sending loads of all kind of postcards all over the world to friends in different continents.
She glanced up, looking at one of the big clocks that were around the railway station and saw that it was still early. She was still getting used to this time zone.
