I was made fun of a lot, mainly in middle school but a little bit in elm too. I was extremely shy and quiet, so I guess I was an easy target. Then one day I just started standing up for myself and people stopped. I'm afraid of joining rating communities to tell you the truth lol, I'm afraid they'll tell me what I already know.

yea those places can be harsh. i look around for the ones that have decent looking people ahahhaaha im sorry school was so hard for you. i remember this girl named Ingrid wrote about me on the bathroom wall and even though i played it off it really really hurt me. school has to be one or hardest parts of a young persons life.

COLLEGE is like heaven compared to middle school or high school.

Yes, College is wonderful. It's like a whole different world. Some of my closest friends now are from college!

Sounds like an interesting book. Middle school in general is just a bad time for any kid. I was such a dork and there were way too many cliques at my school. That's so sweet you want to apologize to someone you haven't seen/talked to in years. Very compassionate and honest. :) Mad props to you...

I HATED elem school and most of junior high. I was horribly picked on because we were poor. Kids have no idea the damage they do to others. We moved away when I was in 9th grade so I could have a "normal" life but it never was because thanks to all those years of being made fun of I have zero self esteem and am afraid to ever talk to anyone for fear of being made fun of again.

I think that book sounds like something I should check out.

OMG i was such a loser in elm and middle.. than in high school i was too stoned to care (well maybe thats why i spoked so much--- to ease the pain). BUT I was an outkast. i had few friends...... Yeah Try having the last name Ullas.... all I ever heard growing up was "Heather Useless" yeah that totally KILLED my self-esteem, to this day!
