Run, Lana! Run!

    Since I'm going to have some time on my hands now, and I've felt stagnant these past few weeks I've been home because I haven't been very physically active, I've devised out a work out plan that. This looks great, sweet Lana. I might try the whole running thing. I've been using excuses so far this summer to keep me from working out as well. Good luck! Maybe by the time we get back to school we'll both be so foxy we'll have to walk around naked all day!

Between the article you linked, and the Building Blocks for Runners article on the same site...hell, even I might be getting off my perpetually lazy behind and run a bit more. Good call in finding this, Alana!

Also...well...distances are hard. I've been there, but I know you are a stronger person and a heck of alot more dedicated than I was. It'll all work out. ^^

The website is a plethera of useful running tools. I found it after I had gone running Sunday night while doing a search to see what the best way to breathe is. Strange, huh? I think if I stick with it I can do it! It's just that whole sticking with it part I'm worried about ;) You should try it too!

Maybe it will help me readjust with this whole 'Reverse Culture Shock' that CIEE has kept warning me about. Still, gotta wait at least a few more days until I get back home to SC...*grmbl*
