[Do you know what a wind user does in the rain? She kicks up one hell of a localized storm just outside the village. She's no waterbender, but she's seeing if she can concentrate enough on those gusts of wind to send the water in whatever direction she deems necessary ( Read more... )

[Naruto is way too busy to talk on the journals, when he's much too busy trying to hold some deinflated balloons in his mouth. Which is obviously shown in the little journal window -- along with him being covered in mud. So, he'll just write!

... And by write, there's just going to be a lot of raindrops on the page and stains of mud. He's trying to experiment with these objects, okay.]
