*nod* I do remember that, as well as Carter's big push for solar and renewable power. Unfortunate that Reagan and cheap oil knocked that out for awhile, but I never forgot it.

Now... Well, now I'm working on it. And while driving today thru western MD I came across wind generators. They were on a hill side; huge things and very beautiful. I was quite impressed.

Not all hope is lost.

It's been mentioned on tv here. I've been out of it (oh so sick) so the memory is v. fuzzy of what it was but I think an ad for a news segement. Or possibly a memorial. I remember wanting to watch and tell you about it. It is remembered here.
