According to auros you also need a little metal stand under the can to make sure it doesn't directly contact the bottom of the pot... and we've always called it Dulce de Leche.
Gosh, I'd never heard it called Danger Pudding before. Come to think of it, I'd never heard of Danger Pudding! And I'm also still not sure why the name change, but that's okay, it sounds delicious! :)
