Recovery sucks. Well let me put it this way, I don't hate "getting better" I just wish I was all the way better already. I've been seeing my (hot) physical therapist 3 times a week. Yesterday he gave me 4 new exercises to do and increased the weights I use for leg lifts. He also gave me the OK to start using 50% of my body weight on my leg. ( Read more... )

9 hours and counting until my surgery. I'm going to be gettin gup at 5:30am tomorrow and going to the hospital. Right now my sugery is scheduled for 7am. So the rest of the trip home was good. A lot of doctor's appointments for my knee. Here's the deal. I go home on the 23rd of July.
