This is AWESOME!!!
On August 29-September 1, UWM is having a ton of double features at Union Theatre. On August 29, the movies are The Host and Jaws. On the 30th, it's Pan's Labyrinth and Volver. On the 31st at 7pm and on the 1st at 11:30pm, it's Grindhouse. On the 1st, starting at 7pm, it's Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead.
I was thinking of going on the 1st. Too hot, man. Too hot. Four movies over the span of 6 hours. I think I can do that. If anyone is interested in some serious movie watching, give me a call and I will try to scrounge up some tickets. It's a free screening, but you have to get tickets from the information desk ahead of time. We could totally go out for a quick bite in between the Edgar Wright movies and Grindhouse. So, let me know.
Anywho, I'm about to take an interview over the phone for Lenscrafters. They are just extremely slow there. It took them forever to get me to this point. But, they are really nice over there. I think the girls there really like me. I mean REALLY like me. I mean like trying-to-get-in-my-pants-with-me-still-in-them like me. This is absolutely ridiculous. I only hope I get the job because the sweet pay would be awesome. If I get the job, I am taking my first paycheck, going to an open and secluded space, tossing it up in the air, and rolling in the mad money that I made. Who cares if it is just a check. At $10/hour with 25 hours a week, I would make about $700-800 a month. I didn't even add the commission I can make on top of that. I just hope I do well with this personality test over the phone. I will know what is going on within 24 hours! Wish me luck.
