Title: With the birds I'll share this lonely view
Fandom: Torchwood
Rating/warnings: 18. I can never keep the American ratings straight (which is worse - NC-17 or R?) so I'm going with English ones. Boysex. Spoilers for Adrift.

Hey, that's fine - I sent it to you and then went away for a week! And actually, coming back after literally having no internets or computer access at all for a week made me see that I was happy enough to go ahead with it.

Still, I'm really glad you liked it! I found the explict stuff really hard to write - did that bit work for you?

Yeah, sometimes you just need to step back from something for a bit.

It was really good, just right in fact, well done!

Oh, liked this! Not just the sex scene (good as it was), but Ianto's quite reasonable trepidation and Jack's cluelessness.

Quick kibitz re Lauren -- why not offer her cryo-space till 2029? Worked for Tommy, for Jack...

I assume they've only got limited space in the cryo though - Tommy and Jack were both necessities. Also, then Jack would have to fess up about Flat Holm to the others in the Hub since they'd probably notice next time they went to unfreeze Tommy.

US ratings make less sense than ours, so don't worry.

NC-17 means "no children under 17 allowed to see this film", so yes, equivalent to 18.

R means "children under 17 allowed to see this film, provided they are accompanied by an adult"; roughly equivalent to your parents taking you to a 15.

Ah, I see! OK, that kind of makes sense. Thanks.

Nicely done; I could see it happening like this.

Thanks. I figure Ianto can't possibly know about Flat Holm before Cyberwoman so I thought this would be an interesting point for him to find out.
