Havemercy hits shelves next Tuesday, for those of you who are interested in giant metal dragons and magicians who blow things up.

WOW. I didn't realize that I'd seen some of your cover artist's work before! (My dad loves the extended Dune books.)

In all honesty, I think your guys' cover is the best. Not only because you can't beat MECHANICAL DRAGONS (best ever, omg), but the busy sort of "world-building" art has never really been my thing. (And did I mention MECHANICAL DRAGONS?)

AND I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT I'LL BE GETTING MY COPY NEXT WEEK. ♥

Yeah, he's pretty prolific I think! Apparently he does the covers for Star Wars books too, and that made the nerd in me VERY EXCITED.

I...totally feel the same way as you do about covers, and I really feel like we hit the cover jackpot. One solid, striking image is ideal, I think. I'm so happy about it! (And really, how can you beat metal dragons? YOU CAN'T.)

I'm soooo going to hobble into the next bookstore and be all snotty and say "I totally know one of the authors of that book. I also know both of them are awesome and she makes the bestest Tseng evar. EVAR!"

BTW - I just found this out through trial and error, but if you want a "Shell" on Poupee Girl, just click through people's pages (and their friend's pages) and in about 3-5 people, the birdie will get a shell to you! Shells can be redeemed at that shell spring under community, and for every 5 you can get a random item.

Just thought I'd pass that along =D
