Haha, I remember that! A friend was reading it and told me about the interesting relations between characters. It certainly does sound fun.

The character relations are great. Part of the draw is definitely the two sides of the relationship, with the main character remembering and clinging to the past ones and trying desperately to remind himself of the change in relationship in the present.
