CON REPORT 2011
Because I know you guys are just SO CURIOUS AS TO WHAT I WAS UP TO.
Friday
-Got up bright and early to get to the bank to withdraw some cash, and then go to con in hopes of making it to the Adventures in Voice Acting mini workshop!
-Registered in time without a hitch, and spotted an amazing Edgar and Terra cosplay!
-...But I didn't have my camera ;-;
-Got to the workshop! It was fun! I learned about a lot of things like how Funi is based in Texas (sob) and got to read lines for Hilda from Eureka 7! This probably would've been easier if I'd known who the heck she was, but hey!
-Met up with friends and hung out and stuff!
Saturday
-Got to con early to watch skits at 11! They were hit or miss as usual, but by far the best one was Star Driver themed. With an onstage transformation sequence. And fighting robot props. It was awesome and I await its eventual posting on Youtube.
-Met up with friends at the skits and hung out more!
-Checked out the Pokémon photoshoot since a friend was cosplaying as a Team Rocket guy! The results.
-Also saw a cool Aku cosplay (the eyebrows really moved!)
-Missed Cosplay Chess...
-But we did catch the DRRR!! panel, which was fun!
-Derped around, met up with drcanadianninja what.
-No seriously what.
-Had dinner with folks!
-Went back to con, derped around some more, took a picture of Allan pretending to shoot me and scooted home!
Sunday!
-Designated shopping day! Bought secretlymoe's birthday present, as well as gifts for my two other friends who happen to have spring birthdays!
-Also a few other things I'll get into later.
-Saw Kyuubey and feared for my soul.
-Danced to Just Dance 2 without actually playing!
-Packed up, left for Olympia, crashed for 2 or 3 hours.
And now for the important part... LOOT! Which... isn't really much, ahaha. The following images are unavoidable because *o*

Squishable! A-Allan actually had to spot me for this one... but it is indeed very squishy and I nearly used it as a pillow already *o*

So... in English despite being the Japanese release...
S-so expensive... but so worth it.
And that ends Adventures in Sakura-con with Dani! I kind of wish I'd taken more pictures >: Oh well. It was fun~!
