Picture #7, they've got make up on him don't they? But not on the others, in fact I've not ever seen him wearing make up before. I wonder if he was just real pale from his surgery that day and they needed to get him back to his normal color?

*studies pic* Damn, you're right. I never noticed that before. I always knew some of the scenes were filmed right after he'd been released from hospital, but I could never pin down which scenes they might've been. Now I'm gonna have to watch it all again and see if I can spot them. :P

Michael Shanks had surgery way back to have his apendix removed. I don't know if this episode was after that or not. Somebody else might know

That doesn't look like makeup to me..seems like how the lighting was. But if that was makeup..somebody did a horrible job putting it on him

I don't think it's makeup. It must be a shadow or something.
