Books= For whom the bell tolls, by Hemingway;
1984, by George Orwell and The unbearable lightness of being, by Milan kundera.
Movies= Moulin Rouge, Trainspotting, Velvet Goldmine, I heart Huckabees, Dancer in the dark (how could I forgot my beloved Lars!)
Singer= Bowie, definitely!And Jeff Buckley^^And Lou Reed too! And Björk and PJ Harvey as well!
Band= Queen, The Velvet Underground, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Massive Attack
Song= thoughest one, it changes according to my mood...right now, I'd go for Björk's All is full of love^^

You definitely shock me with the admiring thing...I think admire is a strong word, I hardly ever use it...I'd go for my great grandparents (especially my Dad's grandfather), as they had to come from Italy at an early age and lived in precarious conditions but struggled to give their kids a better life:)
Actors? Daniel Day Lewis and Meryl Streep because of their acting, Alan Rickman and Hugh Grant because of their accent (and Hugh's astonishing eyes, of course!), and Jude Law and Nicole Kidman for their elegance and sexiness (though they haven't been choosing interesting roles lately:/)
Translated from the Spanish: "I'm oscillating between total success and epic failure". Something my Dad always says (though it's not of his own), and may sound depressing, but I don't think so: life swings that way, and the final result depends on the way you look at it:)
