Following last year's tradition (lol!:P), here's my list for 2010. Surprinsingly enough, read many more books than last year! In fact, I think I haven't read that much since I started college...or even high school^^' On the other hand, didn't watch that many movies...dunno, this year movies weren't that appealing to me, I guess? Anyways, here's ( Read more... )

I'm always impressed with what ambitious books your read ;) I mostly read YA fantasy which is hardly a good literature :P

Also, just one Stephen King book? What did you think of it? I rememebr you were planning on checking out his books. Well, you should definitely look for some other books of his if you find some free time :)

And how did you like Murakami? I haven't read this book yet, but I enjoyed very much his other works so I might check this one out in the near future.

Thank you, that's so flattering!*blushes*
Yup, in the end I just got only one book by him, as at the same time that collection was released by a newspapers, another one (by another newspaper) was released as well, and it was too much money for my low budget, and the other one was far more interesting imho (thanks to collection N°2, I got to know Amélie Nothomb, Ian McEwan and Raymond Carver, for instance). But I may consider reading more Stephen King (though I've already planned kidnapping Sebastian's entire bookcase, or better said, its content:P...Mwahaha, I'm so evil!xP), as I really liked Misery.

To be honest, I had mixed feeling about this Murakami (which happens to be my first one). Started not liking it, then got quite hooked up, and then I got really disappointed by the ending...Anyway, if you're already a Murakami fan, I'm sure you're gonna like it, and despite me not liking the ending, Ive got to admit it's a very quick and amusing reading:)

The first book by Murakami I've read was Norwegian Wood. My English teacher said it was written in quite simple English and that we all should read it. I liked it very much. Then I read Sputnik Sweetheart, it creeped me out a little, but I was still impressed. Then I read this and fell in love :P
