I'm watching the last half hour of "Lean on Me," and it's making me cry a little bit. Nothing hysterical or anything, but I had a relatively good week, and somewhow I feel more like a teacher this morning than I have all year. I think that's totally right. Kids aren't stupid they just haven't come to accept a lot of the things that adults, as they grow older, learn to accept. They're just more free in what they allow themselves to think is possible
