does anyone want to take a real estate class with me? it starts on thursday at 6pm as of next week and its only 3 weeks long... so its a three day class... after the class you can get your real estate license, if you pass the test... my family says its easy

anyone want to join?

having a sister who works w/ realtors, i will tell you that is probably a bad idea. everybody and their fucking mom and grandma is doing real estate these days.. exactly for that reason.. cuz its so fucking easy. but then once that happens you have to be hella good to make actual money, cuz you only get paid when you sell houses. and some people get desperate. like this one guy who works w/ my sister's place... he just goes to random houses and puts up "for sale" signs. that shit's not right brutha.
