That reminded me I know of at least three women in a similar situation. Some pictures taken by one of them women, others by a man. All of them either went to art school or created other "legitimate" art besides those nudes, and the images were not distributed.
I presume someone could go to the police and have them arrested for possession and production of child porn, or threaten or blackmail them. Imagine a particularly abusive partner having that kind of information about your friend - could they use it during a break-up?

I got graphic porn on my office email once, a couple years ago, with my boss standing right behind me. I think my shriek was convincing.
One of my friends has nude pictures that she took of herself when she was 17. Technically, that's child porn and she's not allowed to have them.
