grilled or broiled salmon! too bad it stinks, but it's soooooo nice w/ dill mustard and on top of salted fresh cucumbers. perfect for nice spring/summer weather.

I will make the broiled salmon with dill mustard! A nice cucumber salad with a lemon dressing and rice/roasted potatoes.

I'll buy a nice white wine to go with it!
