apartment help!!!

Chris and I started out by looking at 2 bedroom apartments. Now we found the one, but it's an 800 square foot one bedroom. Do you think we will have enough space? Isn't location more important?

While I usually say space, if it's a really nice place in the lower Manhattan, you can't really beat that. Tough choice.
