2)

Rowan [pointing at utility truck]: MY truck!
Me: Is that really your truck?
Rowan [pointing at man drilling a gas-test hole in the street]: HIM truck.

That's awesome. Nathan is up to "Ro, ro, bo" for "Row, row, row your boat," and "Ba ba ba-ba" for "Baa, baa, black sheep," and can come in correctly on cue. And my wife claims he's working on "E-I-E-I-O," but I'm not hearing it yet.
