hey everybody, long time no type. crew started up again today, and it really whooped me good. 5 sets of 100 each (although I barely broke 400 reps) ugh, I'm fairly sure this is only the beginning of the torture....and i'm enjoying every minute of it (eh, call me a masochist if ya want). classes started up again, and they're pretty fun so far.
