So I was reading the Space Trilogy by C.S. Lewis (book two, Perelandra) and they had an interesting scene. So the hero, Dr. Ransom, is on this alien planet and finds this fruit that is the most delicious fruit he has ever tasted. It's definitely the human being's fault, because technology itself is not bad. Techonology can be and is used for many good things that protect and support life, and not destruct life. It is the intention that the human being has for technology that is either good or bad. I think that too much technology can be bad though, because if we let technology dominate every single part of our life, then technology can start to interfere with God's plans. I think God wants us to use technology as an aid, and as something that strengthens life, but not be dependent on technology, cause God wants us to be fully dependent on him, and not on worldly things. Okay, anyway, long comment...just my opinion. By the way, interesting journal entry, keep them coming, they make me think ;)

I would agree. I see technology as like our (humans) children of creation, as we are God's children of creation. Technology by itself cannot be either good or bad, though I was also argue that in design technology was made to be good. The real defining moment is in how it's used. It's that wonderful "choice" thing that God gave us at work. What I find interesting, though, is that even though technology can be used for evil purposes, it's still the choice of us humans to use it in that fashion! So ultimately things come back to us, one way or another.

We're the problems here, not abortion or technology. It's us.
