this was one of the best days of my life. i had so much fun. i didn't have to pay for 1 meal and i met my favorite rock stars.
woke up and walked around boston common about 10am or so. i didn't get the massage or room service like i planned, i just took off and walked around taking in the gorgeous weather and all the greenery
took a train up to the North Short and met an old friend, James, who took me around and showed me some pretty vistas near the water.
had an excellent lunch and he paid for it!
he dropped me off in Salem and I tooled around on my own. I went to a fabulous museum, saw lots of cool artwork and many eastern and american artifacts.
i went to this crazy tour where this ghoul was fucking with me in dark rooms, he would disappear, then reappear snarling in my face or my ear. i saw dracula and watched the frankenstein monster come to life in front of me. the last stop was hell, i went in this shaky elevator from the late 1800s and when it stopped it was the real world. the ghoul laughed at me when i asked 'wait the real world is hell?'
i went to a psychic and she told me a lot of interesting things. she told me catastrophe awaits me in san francisco, if i move there i would be happy for a few months but then my entire life would crumble. if i stay in detroit i will find my true love. if i move to new york city, i would have a difficult time for a year but then everything will pay off and my career would become everything i ever wished it would be. as for my health, she says i have a rocky 6 months ahead of me but after that i will be better than ever, and the recent events are just a wake up call for me to take care of my body and spirit better.
i wandered around a graveyard and then ran to catch a train.
when i got back to boston, stopped at the bruins pro shop to buy my sister some stuff. I like not having a girlfriend, it gives me money to spoil my sister. hhhaha. weird i know, but she's broke and she loves boston and all its sports teams. then i saw a friend i hadn't seen in over 12 years and he bought me dinner. we may see each other at the dane cook show tomorrow, not sure what time his tickets are for, as there are multiple shows.
then i went and saw the slip. the opened with a beatles cover "tomorrow never knows" and i was mesmorized.
The show ended before 2 and since the bands manager recognized me from MySpace I was invited to the afterparty. I met Brad and Andrew Barr, although Brad did promise me they would come to Detroit, he took off before I could snap a pic, I did snag one with Andrew.
They are some really cool cats, I mean even the bands manager is cool and how often does that happen?
I just got back to my hotel and its past 5:30am. Fuckin rockstar.
