Hi again. Listen, as I understand you have ulcer. I don't know if you are aware, but there is a sure way to get rid of it. Buy yourself a juicer, get yourself a lot of cabage (organic preferably..something with no pesticides) and juice the cabage. Everyday drink a glass of cabage juice. Drink it as soon as you make it. Do that for a couple of months and it will go away. I am drop dead serious. My grandma and my mom are into the herb stuff...cabage juice is what works. I don't know if you ever heard about Vanga...she used to live I beleive in Ugoslaviya, she died already, but she was the most famous for healing people with herbs...cabbage juice form ulcer is on her list too. Try it..you won't loose anything...if not for nothing, you'll pump yourself with vitamins...I have stomach problems too but the reason I don't do much about it is cause I smoke...so doing anything would just defeat the purpose if I continue to smoke...In anycase, try it.

Thank you so much for giving me that advice, and sharing your personal experience. My naturopath recommended this too. I haven't tried it because juicers are so expensive, but my parents may be helping me to buy one soon. Your comment certainly gives me hope that it will work, and makes me more motivated to really try it.

As for YOUR medical stuff, try homeopathic lobelia if/when you feel ready to quit smoking. Take a lot of magnesium and calcium to help reduce your cravings...and I think...B vitamins?? There are also herbs and flower essences that help with mood, if that is why you smoke...its why most people smoke, I think.

Thank you again!

What state are you in? You can try graigslist. People give away stuff for free all the time on craigslist and also sell things very cheap. This is what I found for New York area

but you try your state

I'm sure you can find a juicer for 10 dollars or so
