I happen to agree with Bill Moyers' thoughts on media ownership - major news outlets are lacking independence and diversity (and an attention span). Now, the Republicans are trying to relax the rules about media consolidation once again as part of the Omnibus Appropriations bill. Send your congressman email if this is something you care about.
