I had a dream the other night... I dreamt I was at work. We had a new employee who worked on the other side of the cubicle wall. This new person was very difficult to get along with. If you brought him a question that he deemed beneath him, he would chew you out. Yell, really yell at you. I'm talking Dennis Hopper in Blue Velvet kind of Rage. I

heh.. not the worst one.. but, i really like that line from Angel.. I introduced a co-worker to Belly one day, but he thought Tanya's voice was too girly and went back to listening to Nirvana . I guess some people just don't get it... I love the sound of their guitars. so, so lush. i could get lost in that... anyway. perhaps another part of their popularity problem is that they only had two full albums - Star and King. Then, there was a Japanese import that I didn't know anything about until I went looking and a "best of" album.

I think Throwing Muses (another band Tanya was in) was almost popular back in the day too...

I got Star because of "Feed the Tree" and found that I liked several others at least as much. I'm afraid I haven't heard King; I guess I should check it out.

And I *LIKE* her voice. It sounds girly, but the words aren't girly.
