Today I was warming up to perform at my friend's house, and his three-year-old daughter kept with me the whole time, watching me as I sang. She didn't want to leave as I warmed up, and told me to sing more. She behaved reasonably througth my performance, and at the end of the night asked me to sing some more.

It felt nice.

I'm glad you sang last night, though. You need to get used to singing for small groups like that so you can handle the upcoming ones.
