YES! you should...i did it today..and it just made a world of a difference..and i want to do it all the time now. and while i kept saying it to myself i took deep breaths to take it all in and focus on what i was saying! :]

I like that quote. Radiohead always seemed to be insightful even though I've never been fond of their music. Odd how that happens.
Remember when we'd stay up hella late summer nights and just IM eachother quotes we found...man, that was fun...wish I woulda saved them! I had the links saved but when my computer crashed they died :( poo on my computer!

ya, it is odd how it always happens like that. ohhh i got the new breaking benjamin cd and i got another copy of break the cycle..haha i broke it when i found out about my credits and graduation.
but ya, i remember the good ole days. and then when i finally got a webcam!! haha, that was EVEN BETTER! man, stupid computers!! they always let us down somehow!!
