Ok, so maybe I'm not done with this. I hate apple so much. I got sick of my ipod not working, so i called customer support. the guy was cool and helpful and I did what he said to do. But my iPOD still didn't work. Before I hung up with him, he said if there were anymore problems, to call back within the next five days. So I call back and found out ( Read more... )

If you get a chance, find an Apple Store. When my first iPod was acting shitty, I brought it up to the one in the Rockingham Mall. Had to wait for a bit, but they listened to me, checked out my iPod and, when they couldn't fix it, replaced it. They made me pay a restocking fee of $30 because it was close to out of warranty but it was still pretty chill.
