Do you have one of those big fur trimmed hats?

I used to work at Maimonides Hospital (did I spell that right?). It was a Jewish Hospital in the middle of a Hasidic (did I spell that right?) neighborhood. I loved seeing the kids in their Purim costumes and the men it their satin overcoats with the big fur trimmed hats.

The fires in the gutters freaked me out a little though.

I do happen to like fire, but most holidays suckass as far as I'm concerned. Purim ain't hurting no one. New years means we're getting older, Yom Kippur is the day of atonement, no fun. Easter is for heathens, I mean Christians as is the perverted holiday Chirstmas...whats with Satan Claus anyway! Tubishvat is plant a tree day....smoke a tree day would be a better holiday! 4th of July...pretty cool, we celebrate our victory of war....so kinda icky! MLK day...okay, there's a good holiday for a good man. Columbus day? C'mon, how about Leif Ericson day, after all, he's the one who discovered us and he wasn't involved in slave trading! Thanxgiving...I bet our Native American freinds love that load of horseshit! President's day? We've had alot of scumbags in office! Mothers Day/Father's Day...do we need a day for this....it's predominantly a Judeo-Christian country, that being said, we're supposed to honor our parents everyday. Valentine's Day...never believed in it. All bullshit...purim is okay!
