Superbowl Party disappointments...and medievalism

So I was possibly going to go to a couple's house for the superbowl. Me and about 8 friends...but the couple got into a huge fight and everyone ended up going separate ways...is it me or do you stop fighting for the day and continue with a plastic smile pasted on your face so everyone else doesn't get screwed out of their plans ( Read more... )

Gee...that sucks about your plans. I couldn't watch the game with a 2 year old trying to drag me around, which is why I came home at half time.
I just LOVE pigs in a blanket!

I hate football, but those damn comercials are great...If I'm not sick next year maybe I'll come hang out and watch the comercials.
And on the other thing all I have to say is ...cool, whatever makes you happy.

Lynxie, I will of course wear the favor as a Lynxie. I know you allow duel memberships. And if there was an event that the Lynxies were planning to go to, I'd still come as a Lynx. Since the clan isn't heavily active outside of Pennsic the issue would rarely come into play, even moreso the reason to fight as clan. 'Sides, where's the point in not having another ally :)

With this unit, I want to travel around to different groups to fight different styles and rule systems with different weapons. I think there's alot more to learn. It would be nice to experience it. Should be fun.

Damn and I was gonna host Super Bowl next year...oh well...beat me to the punch. Maybe I'll do playoffs! It'll be a good way to spend a day with my friends...and now that I understand the game....
As for the Dogs of War...rock on. I like the sound of it.
