I wish I could draw to attempt it!! But good luck if you decide to do it, and yes, the story does sound interesting. And your English sounds fine.

I've never read Jane Eyre (I'm an ignorant savage when it comes to classic literature), but re-imaginings can always be interesting. I don't know what to advise - it might be frustrating for you to start and then not have the time to continue the writing when the baby's born, but I know how much an initial nibble of a story idea will soon start to gnaw at me if I don't sit down and write it. Maybe start drafting out some ideas for the story while you're waiting for the baby, and then see how you feel once he/she's born? Good luck whatever you decide!

What can I say? GO AND READ IT! :-D Or, at least, check out the numerous TV adaptations that were made of it. My favourite is the one with Toby Stephens as Mr. Rochester ( ... )

I've never read Jane Eyre. I think. I don't remember, really. So I won't at all be able to appreciate the details. But I am sure I'll be able to appreciate the story anyway, so do as you please, you have a loyal reader in me.

I love Jane Eyre! I re-read it just last year! You could maybe have Molly as Blanche? Would be a nice one for the Sherlolly shippers :) Moriarty as the guy who has the school?

I'd certainly read such a story. I don't think it's necessary to have it by the deadline. After all it's not a contest. There's nothing to win or to loose if you don't make it by then :D
