This morning Aileen called me to say that when she left the house this morning there was a pigeon sitting on the doorstep. It didn't look obviously injured, but nor did it move when she opened the door, walked past it, and slammed the door behind her ( Read more... )

I'm feeling a bit faint this evening, so no twirling around in the centre of a circle of LJ'ers to the fast bits of the song i'm afraid. Just hearing the song gives me flashbacks to school disco's and similarly cheesy events where I would be expected to give my all to the song (and its not even my name!) :D

It wasn't a racer was it (would have had a tag on it's foot)? One landed on my windowledge once and just flew off when it was ready, a day or so later.
