Went on a reading week in Tuscany, and then to Eastercon.

Reading week was awesome. It consisted of good weather, beautiful houses, lots of books, too much (really, far too much) wine, good company, amazing food (mostly cooked by Mattia), and a pair of endearingly enthusiastic dogs. How holidays should be, basically.

Hi! I was one of the panellists on The New 52 (the one with green hair!), and I'm really happy it made it into your good list! It was my first panel, so I was really nervous about it, haha. I'm glad that we made points which were interesting to someone who isn't much of a comics reader :)

I allllways come away from Eastercon feeling like I've go to read and engage more! Usually that feeling fades after a little while and I end up at the next Eastercon feeling like maybe I could have read and engaged more etc etc. I hope you manage it better than me ;)!

It's possible I'm slightly biased because mokatiki is a friend of course, but yeah I thought you all did a good job of explaining the background, and having someone providing actual information along with the opinion really helped to keep things focused. So, you all need to do more panels next time! :)
