Yes people as a whole have become too reliant on technology. Luckily, I’ve spent a few summers in Belize, Central America where there are barely any technological advances so I was able to deal during the blackout. Technology has actually become our modern day cocaine. There should be some sort of rehabilitation because so many people are addicted. I strongly agree with you that there needs to be a balance in technological advancements. People in the past did not rely on such technological devices as we do today. There is not one day that I forget my cell phone. If I were to step out without my phone, I would go back and get it, knowing that I would definitely need it during my course of the day. We might see in the next 25 years, people carrying more and more gadgets around with them.
