So yeah I definitely haven't been watching the news the past few days.

I did not realize that it looks like New Orleans is about to be raped. Apparently it will be under anywhere from 10-30 feet of water. I just can't imagine an entire city being devastated like that.

hey. add me. i don't know if you remember who i am or anything, but this is josh tylenda. if you can't remember, i can tell you that i'm gonna be a junior, i went to thorpe, i go to sterling and butcher, we had the same bus stop on the way home when you were a junior and you walked over a half mile to get home... by now you better know who this is. have fun in college

but seriously, new orleans basically built walls around itself to make it become a giant tub, too much rain or wave problems and they knew they'd be dead

yeah, well they did it to keep the place from flooding under usual circumstances, but it will make them a bath tub when a hurricane hits.

Mardi Gras in Atlantis might be kind of cool though.

Apparently pretty much everyone evacuated, and everyone else is in the Superdome. Ironically, ESNP had stuff on this while I was eating breakfast, I think only because they are keeping the people in the Superdome though.
